Where Color Waits is the third of the Blue Hour Bouquet series.
Where Color Waits - Flowers in a vase with the sun shining through fog
The photos above and to the right are from the residence Portland on the Park
This piece has the dark blue background of the series, but I experimented with changing brands of paint and used two colors of blue. The chrome stripe is the same foundation as Blue Hour Bouquet and the Color in Fog.
This painting has a chrome vase instead of copper used in the other two.
The fog effect emerges stronger and the platform for the vase takes shape.
Color doesn't disappear - it Waits
